Lonely Poem: Lonely World
Lonely Poem: Lonely World
Her eyes dart back and forth as tears overflow them
The wind blows her velvet hair as her head bows in sorrow
Do not take pity on her
She could be popular
She could be loved
She could be noticed
But she's not, and it's entirely her fault
She never made an effort to stand out
She never tried to make friends
Just demanded sympathy, but she couldn't even get that
Trapped in her own lonely world
Why can't she break free?
Why can't she branch out?
Step out of her cold, bleak life
Be herself
Find herself
In a world other than her own
Her eyes dart back and forth as tears overflow them
The wind blows her velvet hair as her head bows in sorrow
Do not take pity on her
She could be popular
She could be loved
She could be noticed
But she's not, and it's entirely her fault
She never made an effort to stand out
She never tried to make friends
Just demanded sympathy, but she couldn't even get that
Trapped in her own lonely world
Why can't she break free?
Why can't she branch out?
Step out of her cold, bleak life
Be herself
Find herself
In a world other than her own
The wind blows her velvet hair as her head bows in sorrow
Do not take pity on her
She could be popular
She could be loved
She could be noticed
But she's not, and it's entirely her fault
She never made an effort to stand out
She never tried to make friends
Just demanded sympathy, but she couldn't even get that
Trapped in her own lonely world
Why can't she break free?
Why can't she branch out?
Step out of her cold, bleak life
Be herself
